Alongside being a private chef, Devin is responsible for the management of company objectives and the negotiation of primary business partnerships. He also oversees employee training and collaborates with the executive team to consider major decisions including budget allocation, joint ventures, or large-scale expansion.

Aristide Williams

Private Chef + Director of Culinary Operations

Chef Aristide is a Louisiana Native with over 8 years of culinary experience. Alongside being a private chef, Aristide serves as Primetime’s president of culinary operations. He is responsible for the management of the company’s culinary assets, overseeing menu development, quality control, and ensuring that all dishes served to clients meet the company’s standards on a regular basis.

Chef Andy is a Nashville native with over 6 years of professional culinary experience. Specializing in Latin-American and Modern American cuisine, Andy is a private chef that can easily adapt to a multitude of tastes and techniques for you and your family.

Lacey Epps

Social Media Manager

It all begins with an idea. For Lacey, her ideas create the brand you know and love! Chef Sizzle is an Alabama native who oversees and manages the public image of the company using social media. She also collaborates with the executive team to ideate and book interviews, brand partnerships, spotlights, and other forms of public relations.

David Phambu

Resident Sommelier

Dave is a certified Level II Sommelier and a native of Nancy, France. With over 5 years of professional experience in the liquor and wine industry, Dave serves as our resident sommelier – managing the company’s wine program which consists of curated wine lists for events, wine cellar stocking for clients, and wine pairings for our signature weekly menus.
